MedCo is a committee that organises activities to provide UCU students with essential education of basic medical skills by combining cure and care. These activities include very cool workshops, such as the suturing workshop and the CPR/AED course (for which you will receive a certificate).
Furthermore, our events like the Life Sciences or Medical Masters event will erase any “what-if-I-can’t-do-anything-with-my-diploma-after-UCU” fears. Lastly, with our newest initiative, The Medco Journal Club, we strive to enlighten students about hot current topics in science while polishing their analysis and discussion skills.
MedCo is a committee that will not only appeal to pre-med students, but to anyone at UCU who has a general interest in the medical or life sciences field or simply wants to enjoy our fun events!
