EnactusSocial Entrepreneurship

Enactus is an international non-profit organization that brings together business and motivated student leaders who are committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to improve the quality of life and standard of living for not only those in need but for all of us. UCU has been a part of this global team since 2013 with numerous projects that are committed to using the power of social entrepreneurship in order to bring about results for real world challenges.
Enactus UCU currently consists of four active projects, namely Bag on Track, Emperiod, ConvoCup and the Think Tank, that are working in different fields to create sustainable improvements to the community. Through these projects, student members get a chance to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills through practical experiences; it enables them to apply concepts they learn in class to real world situations. They find additional support in achieving this through the larger Enactus network that holds events and workshops that prove useful to the members throughout their careers and professional life in the form of university advisors, alumni mentors and a local business advisory board, facilitating us to create innovative and impactful solutions to social problems.
