Members, guest members, committee boards, and teams can file a complaint against all members of the Association (as defined by Article 5 of the Statutes) or their guests on the grounds of:
To file a complaint you should email [email protected] and state the complaint, grounds for it, and who it is against. The UCSA Board will conduct interviews with both parties and conduct an investigation. On the basis of this, the Board will decide whether a sanction will be issued, and what the sanction will be.
- Acts breaching the UCSA Statutes, Policy Manual, and/or the Law
- Sexual, racial, religious, and/or other forms of personal slander in the context of Association activities
- Other types of misconduct in the context of Association activities
- Theft and/or damage to Association property, or personal property in the context of Association activities

- Coming to an understanding
- Requesting mediation from the Independent Body
- Informing the complainant of the right to appeal to the Independent Body if the UCSA Board sees no reasons to change its decision
